Vendor Terms and Conditions:

Vendor space will be allocated based on payment receipt unless you are a VIP Vendor.

  • Vendor Setup begins at 8:00am.
  • Take down must be completed by 5:00pm on 2021.
  • Each vendor is responsible for set up, take down and clean up of their area.
  • The conference is not responsible for vendors’ area, products or materials.
  • All vendor payments are non-refundable.
  • Vendors may submit a door prize and include items in our swag bags.
