Vendor Terms and Conditions
Vendor space will be allocated based on payment receipt unless you are a VIP Vendor.
- Set up on Saturday, April 29th begins at 8:00am with all vendor displays needing to be completed no later than 9:00am Saturday, Take down must be completed by 5:00pm on Saturday, April 29th, 2016.
- Each vendor is responsible for set up, take down and clean up of their area.
- The conference is not responsible for vendors’ area, products or materials.
- All vendor payments are non-refundable.
